ఊహాగానాలు, స్వీయ కల్పనలు వ్రాసే పత్రిక కాదది. ఏ వార్తైనా ఒకటికి పదిసార్లు సత్యమని నిర్ధారణ చేసుకొన్నాకే ప్రచురించే పత్రిక ’హిందు’ ఆంగ్ల దిన పత్రిక. అలాంటి ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మక పత్రిక తన హెడ్ లైన్స్ వార్తగా నిన్న ప్రచురించిన ఈ క్రింది విషయం ఇంకా తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఏర్పాటు విషయంలో అనుమానాలున్న వారి అనుమానాలను పటాపంచలు చేసింది.

Talks on Hyderabad's status on

The UPA government has decided to honour the commitment it made on December 9, 2009 to carve out a separate State of Telangana from Andhra Pradesh, senior party and government sources told The Hindu .

“The die is cast,” a government source said, “as far as the creation of Telangana is concerned,” even though last-minute consultations continue on the ultimate status of Hyderabad and whether two districts of Kurnool and Anantapur from the Rayalaseema region should be added to Telangana to create two States, with 21 Lok Sabha seats apiece.

The key issue, of course, is to address the apprehensions of those from the Andhra and Rayalaseema regions who have, over the years, made substantial investments in Hyderabad, geographically located within the Telangana region.

One suggestion is to make Hyderabad a union territory for a period of 10 years, with land, law and order and, perhaps the civic bodies, under the overall supervision of the Lt. Governor, the representative of the Centre, as in the case of Delhi.

Three reasons eventually weighed in favour of Telangana. One, in the event of a BJP-led NDA coming to power and it announcing that it will divide Andhra Pradesh, the Congress would have to support it: it makes more sense, therefore, to carve out a new State and take the credit for something that it had announced it would do in 2009. Two, the Congress did not eventually want to be seen as going back on a commitment it had made publicly.

Three, electoral considerations: by creating Telangana, the Congress will not only ensure it neutralises the Telangana Rashtra Samiti and deprive the BJP, which has announced its support for the T project, of an election issue, but it would also be in a position to win a majority of the 17 Lok Sabha seats in the region, along with the TRS.

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఏర్పాటు దిశలో ఢిల్లీలో మరో అడుగు ముందుకు పడుతున్నది.
అందుకు సాక్ష్యం "ఆంధ్ర భూమి" దినపత్రికలో వచ్చిన ఈ వార్తే.

ఒక్కో అడుగు ముందుకు పడుతోంది

అది దేశంలోని పది ఉత్తమ విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల్లో ఒకటి. దశాబ్దాలుగా అక్కడ చదువుకున్నలక్షలాది విద్యార్థులు దేశంలో అనేక రంగాల్లో అనేక ఉన్నత పదవులను సమర్థంగా నిర్వహించి దేశానికే వన్నె తెచ్చారు. చాలామంది విదేశాలకు వెళ్ళి తమ ప్రతిభను చాటి మన దేశం కీర్తి పతాకను ఎగురవేశారు. 

ఇదంతా ఒక ఎత్తు. చదువుతోబాటు ఆ విద్యార్థులు దశాబ్దాలుగా ఒక మహోన్నత ఉద్యమాన్ని కూడా నడుపుతున్నారు. తరాలు మారుతున్నాయి. ప్రతి సంవత్సరం పాత విద్యార్థులు వెళ్ళిపోతుంటారు. కొత్త విద్యార్థులు జాయిన్ అవుతుంటారు. కాని ఉద్యమం మాత్రం ఆగదు. యూనివర్సిటీని వదలి వెళ్ళేముందు సీనియర్లు జూనియర్లకు ఉద్యమ సారథ్య బాధ్యతలను అప్పగించి వెళ్తారు. జూనియర్లు అంతే కర్తవ్యదీక్షతో దాన్ని ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్తారు.1969 కంటే ముందునుండి ఏదొ ఒక రూపంలో ఆ విద్యార్థులు నడుపుతున్న ఆ ఉద్యమం కాస్త హెచ్చుతగ్గులున్నా, గత దశాబ్దం నుండి మహోధృతంగా సాగుతోంది. అయినా చదువులో ఆ విద్యార్థుల ర్యాంకులు తగ్గవు. ఆ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం స్థాయి, ర్యాంక్ దిగజారదు. అన్ని కాంపిటీషన్ ఎగ్జామ్సుల్లో ఇతర విశ్వవిద్యాలయ విద్యార్థుల కంటె వాళ్ళే ఎక్కువగా రాణిస్తారు. సవ్యసాచుల్లా చెలరేగే ఆ విద్యార్థులు నడిపే ఆ ఉద్యమం తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమం. ఆ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం ఉస్మానియా విశ్వవిద్యాలయం.

వాళ్ళు ఇతర విశ్వవిద్యాలయ విద్యార్థుల్లా గతంలో ఒకసారి రాష్ట్రాన్ని విడగొట్టాలని, ఇప్పుడేమో సమైక్యంగా ఉంచాలని ఉద్యమించే అవకాశవాదులు కారు. దశాబ్దాలుగా వారి లక్ష్యం ఒక్కటే. మా తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం మాకు కావాలె అన్నదే వారి ఆశయం. ఆ ఆశయ సాధనకై 1969 లో నాలుగు వందల మంది పోలిసు ఫైరింగుల్లో బలి అయ్యారు. గత నాలుగేళ్ళుగా వెయ్యిమంది విద్యార్థులు స్వీయ బలిదానాలు చేశారు. లాఠీ దెబ్బలకు రక్తాలను కార్చారు. రబ్బరు తూటాలను తిన్నారు. బాష్పవాయు గోళాలకు ఎదురొడ్డి నిలిచారు. ఎన్నో రకాల కొత్త కొత్త ఉద్యమ నిరసనలను, కార్యక్రమాలను కనుగొని ఆచరించి చూపారు. అవసరమయినప్పుడు రాజకీయాలలో తలపండిన వాళ్ళనే శాసించారు. కంటికి కునుకు లేకుండా చేశారు. వారి ధీరత్వానికి త్యాగశీలతకు ప్రపంచ ప్రజలు, మేధావులు, పరిశీలకులు ఆశ్చర్యంతో జేజేలు పలుకుతున్నారు. వారి ఉద్యమ పంథాపై కొన్ని విదేశ విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల్లో పి.హెచ్.డి.లు చేస్తున్నారు. ఇన్నాళ్ళకు వారి ఉద్యమశ్రమ ఫలించే సంకేతాలు స్పష్టంగా కనిపిస్తున్నాయి. ఈనాడు దినపత్రికలో వచ్చిన ఈ వార్తే అందుకు సాక్ష్యం. జయహో ఉస్మానియా విద్యార్థి వీరులారా! జయహో! జయహో! 

వచ్చి తీరుతది!!!

ఇన్నాళ్ళు మంత్రి పదవి రాంగనే మాట మార్చే తెలంగాణ నేతలను చూసినం.
అందుకే తెలంగాణ రాలేదు!
ఇప్పుడు మంత్రి పదవి రాంగనే మాట మార్చే సీమాంధ్ర నేతల్ని చూస్తున్నం!
తప్పదు! ఇక తెలంగాణ వచ్చి తీరుతది!!

సమైక్యాంధ్రవాదులారా! దమ్ముందా?

మళ్ళీ స్థానిక సంస్థల ఎన్నికలు, ఆపైన అసెంబ్లీ, పార్లమెంట్ ఎన్నికలు రాబోతున్నయి.
మళ్ళీ కాంగ్రెస్ అధిష్టానం తెలంగాణ పాట ఎత్తుకుంటది. చంద్రబాబులు, జగన్లు తెలంగాణకు మేము వ్యతిరేకం కాదని తొడలు కొట్టుకొంటరు. గులాంనబీ ఆజాదులు, వాయిలార్ రవిలు, షిండేలు గుండెలు గొంతులు చించుకొని నెల రొజుల్లో .. ఇంక ఎక్కువ మాట్లాడితే వారం రోజుల్లో తెలంగాణ అంటరు. కిరణ్ (ఉత్తర కుమార ప్రగల్భాల) రెడ్డిలు అధిష్టానం వంట వండుతున్నదంటరు.  షడెన్గా.. లగడపాటిలకు, టీజీలకు, కావూరిలకు పక్షవా(పా)తం ముదిరి నోళ్ళు పడిపోతయి.
పోని.. రాజకీయ నాయకులంటే నిలువెల్ల అశుద్ధం పూసుకొని అశుద్ధంలో తిరిగి పెరిగె పురుగులు. సమక్యాంధ్రవాదులయిన సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజా సంఘాల నాయకులు,  మేధావులు, జెయెసి నాయకులు, ఉమ్మడి కుటుంబాల ఆదర్శాలు వల్లించె బ్లాగు రచయితలు, సీమాంధ్ర మీడియా... పరకాల ప్రభాకర్లు, నల్లమోతులు .. వీళ్ళకేం రోగం? వీళ్ళు గూడ  అందరంటే అందరు ... ఒక్కసారి గంభీర మౌన ముద్ర దాలుస్తరు. ముక్కులు నోళ్ళు మూసుకొని ఎన్నికలయ్యేదాక బాత్రూమ్లలో, పాయఖానలలో దాక్కొంటరు. తెలంగాణ ప్రజల్ని కన్ఫ్యూజ్ చేస్తరు. అప్పుడు .. అన్నీ తెలంగాణ పార్టీల లెక్కనె కనబడతయి. ఒక్క సమైక్య పార్టీ కూడ చూద్దామన్న కన్పించదు. అన్ని పార్టీలకు ఓటేస్తరు. ఎన్నికలయినాక  మళ్లి సమైక్య పార్టిలన్ని ఒక్కటయితయి. ఆ పార్టీలు తెలంగాణ ఇచ్చుడు దోస పోసినంత, ఉప్మా వండినంత  సులభం కాదు .. అంటయి. అప్పుడు అన్నిసీమాంధ్ర పార్టిల నాయకమ్మణ్యులు హ....హహా...... అని అపహాస్యం చేస్తరు. మళ్ళీ లగడపాటిలకు, టీజీలకు, కావూరిలకు నోళ్ళు కొవ్వుతయి. అడ్డదిడ్డంగ మాట్లాడుడు షురూ జెస్తరు. అప్పుడు మళ్ళీ సమైక్యాంధ్రవాదులు, సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజాసంఘాల నాయకులు, మేధావులు, జెయెసి నాయకులు, ఉమ్మడి కుటుంబాల ఆదర్శాలు వల్లించె బ్లాగు రచయితలు, సీమాంధ్ర మీడియా... పరకాల ప్రభాకర్లు .. బట్టలిప్పుకొని బయటకొస్తరు. మళ్ళీ ఇగ కల్లబొల్లి నీతులు జెప్పుడు జోర్దారుగ నడుస్తది. తెలంగాణ వాదుల్ని తీవ్రవాదులంటరు. దేశద్రోహులంటరు. తాలిబాన్లంటరు. చచ్చెటోళ్ళు చావనీ అంటరు. మేం మంచిగుంటే, మా బొజ్జలు చల్లగుంటే చాలనుకొంటరు. మళ్ళీ ఎన్నికలొచ్చినప్పుడు చూసుకొంటే పాయె అనుకొంటరు. తొమ్మిదేండ్ల నుండి ఇదే తంతు. సిగ్గు.. లజ్జ.. లేదు. ఆత్మాభిమానం అంతకన్న లేదు. నడిరోడ్డులో బట్టలిప్పుకొని నగ్నంగ నాట్యమాడుతున్నరు. రెండు ప్రశాంత  రాష్ట్రాలు సోదర భావంతో ఏర్పడకుండా అడ్డుపడుతున్నరు.  రాష్ట్రంలో ఒక ప్రధాన ప్రాంత ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలను, ఉద్యమాలను అప్రజాస్వామికంగా అణగదొక్కుకుంటూ రావణ కాష్టం చేస్తున్నరు.  కొద్ది(లగడ)పాటి తమలాంటి స్వార్థపరుల కోసం మొత్తం  తెలుగువాళ్ళ వినాశనానికి దారి తీస్తున్నరు.
మరి ఇప్పటికైనా... ఈ సమైక్యాంధ్రవాదులు, సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజాసంఘాల నాయకులు, ఈ మేధావులు, ఈ జెయెసి నాయకులు, ఈ ఉమ్మడి కుటుంబాల ఆదర్శాలు వల్లించె బ్లాగు రచయితలు, ఈ సీమాంధ్ర మీడియా... ఈ పరకాల ప్రభాకర్లు.. ఈ   నల్లమోతులు ... నీతికి, నిజాయితీకి నిలబడే వాళ్ళయితే... దమ్ముందా? రాబోయే స్థానిక సంస్థల ఎన్నికలు, అసెంబ్లీ, పార్లమెంట్ ఎన్నికలలో అన్ని సీమాంధ్ర పార్టీల ఎన్నికల మానిఫెస్టోలలో సమైక్యాంధ్ర వాదాన్ని ప్రధాన అంశంగా చేర్ఛెందుకు ఒత్తిడి తేవాలి. దమ్ము.. ధైర్యం ఉంటె... ఏ పార్టీ అయినా, సమైక్యాంధ్రకు వ్యతిరేకంగా ఒక్క మాట మాట్లాడినా ఆ పార్టిని తిరస్కరించాలని రాష్ట్రమంతా ప్రచారం చెయాలి.  సమైక్యాంధ్రవాదమే ప్రధాన ఎజెండాగా ఈ ఎన్నికలు జరిగేలా కృషి చేసి, ప్రజాస్వామ్యబద్ధంగా వచ్చె తీర్పును శిరసావహించాలి.
లేదంటే వీళ్ళంతా మనుషుల తోళ్ళు కప్పుకొన్న గుంట నక్కలన్నది స్పష్టం. ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థను మంట గలిపే, మానవత్వం లేని నరరూప రాక్షసులన్నది సుస్పష్టం.

At the time of formation of Andhra State, it has been running the dasa of 4th and 7th lord Guru. It is placed in the tenth house. On November 1, 1956, when it is running Guru dasa Ravi bhukthi, area of the State increased with the addition of Telangana districts in to Andhra State and formation of Andhra Pradesh State. At present, Andhra State is running Sukra dasa with Kuja bhukthi, wherein family quarrels, destruction of agricultural crops and loss of comfort to people occurred. Sukra, as the lord of the second and ninth badly placed in the twelfth will let loose troubles in public life and encourage divisive forces.Andhra Pradesh State is now running Sani dasa with Kuja bhukthi indicating decisions for change of place. Sani being the forth and fifth lord placed in the second for Tula lagna is the causative for losing the hard earned wealth. If Hyderabad is given to Telangana State, then the Capital of Andhra Pradesh has to be stationed elsewhere. Hence, change of capital of Andhra Pradesh from Hyderabad is indicated.

Possible formation of Telangana State :

Rahu and Kuja are two planets causative for divisive forces, explosion, rebellion and partion. It is in these sub periods that the actual formation of Telangana State will materialize. Andhra State indicates that January 2014, when Sukra-Rahu period will be coming to a close, separation of State is possible. Andhra Pradesh chart indicates tat in the dasa of Sani and Rahu bhukthi ie., during September 2013, Telangana will be formed. This period will be a testing time for Andhra Pradesh State, as once again many controversial issues regarding Hyderabad, security to settlers etc., will crop up. Large scale public unrest, disturbance to public life and loss of many lives are indicated. Over all it is indicative that separate Telangana State will be announced during June 2013 to January 2014 and there is every possibility of Andhra Pradesh is going to loose Hyderabad.
